The short version, because nobody wants to wade through legalese.
It's a digital product, so it's non-refundable
Jingle Leads is a digital product, so we're not able to offer refunds. We know that's a bit unfriendly, so we've kept everything else as simple as we can: you'll have your calendar set up in minutes, and you can try the designs before you part with any money. If something isn't working, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
At checkout you tick a box confirming you understand this. We also show it again on the payment page, so there are no surprises.
What you're buying
The Single plan is one payment of £47 (or £37 before 11:59pm on 31 October 2026) and covers one calendar, live for 12 months from the day you buy. Your calendar keeps its own link and stays up for the full year, so you can use it for Christmas and a launch countdown too.
The optional "we'll send your daily emails for you" extra is £13 and covers up to 500 sign-ups. The allowance belongs to your purchase rather than to a single calendar, so making a new calendar or deleting an old one won't top it back up.
Your leads and your files
Everything you upload and every lead you collect belongs to you. We keep it while your calendar is live, and you can download your leads whenever you like. Once your 12 months is up, we'll remind you before anything is switched off.
People only get emails if they signed up through your calendar and ticked the consent box. If they unsubscribe, they drop out of the emails but stay in your leads.
Playing fair
Please don't use Jingle Leads to store or send anything unlawful, and don't buy email lists — we only ever send to people who signed up through your own calendar. Doors are locked until their day, and we won't help anyone open them early.
If we have to suspend an account for abuse, we'll tell you why. If you've got a question about any of this before you buy, just get in touch.
